my health food store stocks lots and lots of different flours for people who avoid wheat. Some are combos, some are singular. Brown rice is an excellent flour, as is Quinoa. All of them can be used to make tortillas, other flat breads, or yeast-risen breads. It's very fun to try them out and expereince the new flavors and textures! :)
Flour should not be a large part of your diet, but hey, there's a balance between eating perfectly and having fun, and so flour is in there somewhere. ;) I only avoid it when cleansing.
I never passed a huge number of stones like some people here, but I'm a tiny person. ;) Usually I see 5-20 at a time. My last flush only released about 5, but they were HUGE. I was SO shocked. Major, bigger than garbanzo bean action heheheh! And no pain either, altho I don't use
Epsom Salts . :)
