Re: epsom salt alternative question

I have used the magnesium citrate in place of Epsom Salts . It was less harsh than taking the Epsom Salts and to me, tasted like drinking a sweettart. My wife and I only took 600 mg and it worked just fine. She has done her last two flushes using this. I did my last flush this past weekend and skipped the salts entirely by using Julia Chang's protocal which can be found on sensiblehealth.com. Her version has the user drinking Sea Salt the morning after the flush. I found this much easier to do as Sea Salt is so much less harsh to drink than the epson salt. It was also my most productive flush to date.

I also take Colosan and did so again the day after my flush. Coloson is supposed to give you diaheria/butt pee all day although it affects different people differently. For me, it only makes my system do this 1-2 times. For my wife, it makes her system do this 4-5 times! Neither of us has experienced any bleeding from doing this, but the more you go, the more you can be uncomfortable down there. In that case, ointments or gels can help.

Raymond
