epsom salt alternative question

i had a bad reaction to the Epsom Salt dose i used (clark protocol) - it caused rectal bleeding. i saw where you'd said a reduced dosage would work - how much is small enough to work?

i saw an alternate protocol that wrenn wrote from wellnessyoga using 800mg of magnesium citrate in a glass of h20 instead of Epsom Salts . would this still be effective?

i have been too scared to attempt this flush thing again. the OO (Olive-Oil) mix wasn't bad it was just the epsoms that nearly killed me.

i was also doing colosan more recently but that stuff is so strong that i had diarrhea all day. either something 's really wrong with me or the doses are too high for my height (5'2'' and really muscular so i won't bother listing my weight).
