Detox baths, yes, I need to be more consistent with those. I've taken a couple Epsom ginger baths that were fantastic! Got a little weak and light headed and dozed off once though. What would you say, like 3 per week or something? Or more?
Right now I'm drinking some Indian spice tea instead of eating a Reese's peanut butter egg! I was tempted but thankfully did not give in tonight! Whew!
And I think you're right on with the physical touch aspect. It's been a really long time since I've had a massage and I was recently thinking that I need to go get one. Non-sexual physical touch for me is very important and something I do crave and don't get enough of from my hubby. This is probably a big factor.
