Easiest way that I know if is to juice. A nice glass of carrot/parsley/spinach will get you all the calcium you need.
If you don't have a juicer, eat tons of salads and stir-frys and sautee spinach in butter and garlic. Yum! Now that they have those bags of prepared spinach that are perfectly clean and fresh, there's no reason not to eat spinach anymore! :)
Another good option is to take CalMagFizz. It's a powder so you can adjust the dosage really easily, and it's an acsorbate which is highly available to the body.
