The combo of vinegar, onions and garlic and greens work on the bowels and good microbes mostly. Great cure for acne, as a matter of fact.
Carrots and olive oil really work on the liver a LOT. Carrots help strip fats out of bile. So the fat leaves the liver and doesn't come back! :) plus the Vit A, the way it's metabolized by the liver, is healing. The liver itself is made up of tons of Vit A, basically. If you were to eat chicken livers you'd get tons of Vit A.
