Re: help from home?

There are several alternative options for you to aid you in fighting your addiction.  While there are plenty to list, here is a good guide to get you started from a natural point of view.  I successfully overcame my addiction to oxycontin and havent touched the stuff for 2 years and still going strong...

The problem with my prior attempts to quit is that I wasn't properly prepared.  While some can quit cold turkey without any therapeutic crutches (so to speak), it is very difficult challenge for most.  By being prepared, you greatly reduce your chances for relapse, bouts of depression, etc...

My biggest assets?

1. aggressive detoxification (infrared sauna, fresh juices, liver flushing, clay baths, etc...)
2. new hobbies (I took up guitar, went hiking alot, etc...)
3. lots of exercise
4. some supplements

Hope this helps!

Good luck my friend...
