I have just checked out John G's entry 'I used to suffer from Exfoliative Chelitis' and particularly what he said about Andreas Moritz 's suggestions/diagnosis.

I found it facinating. I think he is right. I recently thought it may be caused by Ceoliac disease (gluten intolerance) but after reading Andreas's reply to John I think that what he says really makes sense. At last someone who really knows what causes this condition! That is not to say that some of you may be suffering from vitamin B and essential fatty acids deficiency. But I really think that the majority of us (like Andreas said) have irritated intestines from drugs or (as in my case) poor diet.

I am ordering Andreas's book. I urge the rest of you to check out John G's entry and Andreas's reply. It certainly gave me answers. I am hopeful that by following Andreas's diet advise and subsequent liver cleanse that I can reverse this condition.
