H&B are STILL the best for Vitamin C !! Your problems

She is not taking enough Vitamin C at those puny levels. I would only worry if the person is suffering from KIDNEY troubles and has Hemochromotosis etc. Ab sorbic acid is fine but Sodium Ascorbate is best if you can get it.

SHAGLEY how can you say G&G is cheaper for Ab sorbic acid powder when its far from not? Also H&B is 5grams per teaspoon and other manufacturers are less sometimes only 3 grams so thats another performance edge to H&B most times. You have to look at weight/price/dosage and H&B shines.

Holland and Barrett - 567g Powder - £17.49
Holland and Barrett - 170g Powder - £06.49

G&G - 250g Powder - £11.25
G&G - 100g Powder - £05.25

I've used Holland & Barrett for a while now and I found there was no competition on quantity, amount per spoon and price.

Blessings
