If I'm reading that properly then, you are getting about 110 mg of zinc per day just from supplements -- definitely a bit high. Zinc is a necessary metal, but it's also a toxic one. I personally wouldn't exceed about 50 mg per day on average, and that would the the total from all sources (nuts, supplements, and so on). See what happens at that level.
