At least you're willing to make a change. The goal is predominantly low-gluten vegetarian diet following the Blood-Type diet. Nothing is overnight miracle.
Start kegel exercises, 'vacumn pumping', and 'weights'. For herbs start with Maca, Milky Oat, Pygeum, Tribulus.
Do a colon, liver, and/or kidney cleanse. After that, more Berries in general, especially Blueberry (and its leaf tea). Blueberries/leaves gets the pancreas working normal again.
