Re: Questions about Outbreaks!?!?
Before an outbreak a slight itch, irritation, or sensitive area starts as the spot developes. It can be a large or small area that developes into a small spot of blisters. The large area pre-outbreak that feels like about the size of your hand can feel exactly like a shigles outbreak and range from irritation, itching to real pain. In my case of the large spot irritation, it moved around my body but doctors argued it was not herpes/shingles related ....bull, they had no recomendation and would not prescribe anti-viral drugs!
As far as supplements go I have found choline to be almost a cure. I have been herpes free for 15-20 years except for several itchy times where the outbreak did not develope. I might have had 1-2 real outbreaks.
I have found choline to work to keep herpies down but you have to keep your immune system up and use proper hygene.
Don't know what bad herpies food is but
Sugar brings down the immune system. I'm still a
Sugar addict. At times when I OD on
Sugar I find myself scratching like there is a very slight irritation.
I saw a TV drug ad that said you can pass herpes without an outbreak present.
Hope this helps.
Good luck with your fight.
