Thanks for the advice on the fighter foods. I'm assuming that everyone's triggers are different. How did you figure out which ones were your triggers? Did you use a process of elimination and, if so, how long did it take you to figure it out?
I saw a list of foods with a Lysine to Argnine (I'm sure I misspelled them both, but hope you know what I'm talking about)ratio. On the list, I see all sorts of cheeses and other foods which are recommended as fighter foods too.
