well to get out of the exercise breakout what works for me is wearing baggy natural fiber pants and cotton underwear. shower right after and rinse the area with cool water. i think its the moist sweat,friction and heat build up that does it.
foods for me have always been the biggest trigger.
i find that there are certain times where i have to not have triggering foods.
but also i find if i have just a little bit its ok. it actually seems to make my body used to it so it doesnt trigger outbreaks.my favorite herpes fighting foods that stop outbreaks: chicken,cheese,potatoes
