I have read through the back-posts, and I only saw one post that gave specific directions for using/ingesting virgin coconut oil (VCO). I would like to hear from others on experiences
If possible, I would like to get information on these Questions...
1) How much VCO should be taken and how? Should the amount taken be cumulatively increased over time (and to what amount finally)?
2) According to the www readings, coconut oil becomes coconut butter depending on the temperature. For those of us in colder climates, what is the m.o. for taking the VCO? It is melted first? It is just eaten as a butter?
3) What is the length of time required by an experienced user? Is this an ongoing "therapy"? Or can a person hope to stop taking the VCO at some point?
