Re: curious

Herpes can be spread by oral sex in both directions. It is highly contagious. Apparently 90% of the adult population have herpes of the oral variety-Most contract it from being kissed as children. However, most people dont show signs of the infection because their bodies deal with it ie keep it repressed. You may suffer a bit to begin with but after 12-24 months outbreaks will reduce considerably as you build up anti-bodies.

Lysine tablets are effective against it and so is DMSO.Its also been reported that lauricidin is very effective.

Ozone therapy is often claimed to kill herpes but its expensive and you will need alot of it.

If you can cope with the next 12 months, your health will get better and after a while you may find that the virus practically disappears so dont worry.
