You are incredibly thin for a 5 foot 7 woman.. I'm 5'7" and about 103, but I actually do have anorexia. It sounds like you are very busy and may have issues with eating in front of other people (I do too), but "anorexia" is a disorder which distorts your body image to the point that you don't even know your real size anymore..and you always feel too big. You would spend the entire day thinking about food or how to avoid it, mentally scanning through lists of calories/fat, usually feeling depressed and isolated and inadequate...excessively exercising..and often not being able to sleep at night. You are unquestionably underweight, but the fact that you don't want to be underweight shows that you do not have an anorexic mindset. You would know if you had a mental disorder. So.. I wouldn't worry about the labels, because they're unimportant. All that matters is that you put on some weight.. which can be done if you slowly increase the amount of food or the fat density of your food... or by drinking soy milk, eating nuts and seeds, or other healthy fats such as avocados.
Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I'm just curious because you say that you have 5 children, but with such a low body fat percentage I'm surprised that you were able to get pregnant. Have you lost all this weight since your last pregnancy, or have you always been this skinny?
