Re: Is this Anorexia? - I do not think so

No, I think that you do not have the classic symptoms of anorexia.
But please don't let me disturb you with my ideas... I have a different view now.
THe medical diagnosis of anorexia may be over-used.
Much more likely is some kind of problem in your gut, or bowel.Your body maybe knows that more food is not the answer.
Perhaps you would consider cutting out some foods, because they can create bad conditions in the gut. We have been encouraged to eat these things, for various reasons none of them for our good.
The potatoes, breads, any processed grains [flour], and corn, SOY - these can be as bad as sugar, they turn to
Sugar right away. They are "starvation" foods that have no business in our daily diets.
They will help you gain weight, but in a bad way.
They way to can weight may be best done with "fats that heal".
Have you been avoiding fats ever since the 1960s or 70s when we were told that they cause heart diseases?
{And have heart diseases really gone up since then?[yes].
So try them again. I am not saying "Go Atkins" , not at all in the way he has been presented since his death especially.
But eat fat meats without concern, and just notice if you feel good. You will not get clogged arteries in the 50 years you have left to live, but you may start to live again, so to speak.
Nothing settles my gut like a steak. its true. And nothing makes it roil up like breads and grains. When I eat a donut, its not the fats, its the high-sugar and grain-sugars from the flour that upset my guts.
Also, avoid the canola oils -[GM], soy oils, and cottenseed, palm oils. Instead, use a nice [organinc?] olive oil, almond oil,or other healthy oil you might find. Yes, it costs double, but you only use one jar a month, or every two months.
The way SOME people metabolise and then the way they feel after is in direct re;latiion to their diets. Try the fats again, we were fooled into grains and not meats in the 60s.
