Re: Ingredients for Facial Cleanser?

I also have gotten rid of any kind of store-bought facial cleaners. I use Borax dissolved in warm-water. It cleans my face completely. Sometimes I follow it up with a rinse of ACV and will also massage organic olive oil with Aloe Vera into my skin. I'm over 50 and have been told I look as if I am in my late 30's. Itz fabulous!

ALSO, I'd like to mention that my son, who is 22, had a terrible case of eczema on his face, patches on his legs and a bad case of dandruff for about 6 years. He always refused to try any of my "crazy natural cures". Then about 4 months ago, he got tired of all the creams and expensive prescriptions which only kept the problem at bay, and decided to try what I was doing because he saw such a big improvement in my skin. Within 5 DAYS, he was completely cured of his eczema. I know it sounds crazy, but he just started washing exclusively with diluted Borax and rinsing his hair and body with full strength vinegar and it just completely went away. He continues this maintenance with diluted vinegar and will, from now on, use borax as his primary face and body cleanser. Now I have to admit that he used super-strength portions to get it done fast and he said it burned with you-know-what, but it worked and he appears to have no problems at all. People have commented on how great is skin looks now and his hair is very, very soft (mine too).

The only other thing I have done to improve my skin is to do a face mask using crushed vitamin C. That really improved the texture of my skin (burns too) and got rid of the small fine lines I had around my eyes.

Hope this is helpful!

Cheerz,
