how about running in the summer or in a hot environment? I remember I had a lot of sweat the past summer when i would run 3 or 4 miles. I mean it takes a while to get the sweat out but usually for me after 1 or 2 miles it'll start to come out. I felt good too afterwords. I haven't sweat much from running in the winter though and I've felt awful (bad fatigue and just out of it feeling) after I run each time, lasting a day or two. I don't know....I don't know if overworking oneself just to sweat is worth the pain and suffering that is to come later...I still have all my Amalgams btw (11), and suffering a lot of symptoms.
