lightening solution

Hello, I am looking to make a lightening solution for the freckles on my arms. I have some sun damge (I live in florida, and received many a sunburns in my youth) These are like little freckles all over, almost looks like melasma. I know cucumber juice should probably be an ingredient but try as I might I cannot find a recipe on the web. Something simple, I don't want to make some fancy cream or anything.
