Re:Thanks ...Have You tried Maca for your problems !
Hi Moonie,
I understand you feeling despondent but don't compare yourself with me, WG or anyone else as we're all different. Some people do have dramatic improvements overnight.
I didnt notice a significant difference either way when I got my fillings out, nothing got noticeably better or worse though I'd had adrenal and thyroid problems for years, esp adrenally. About 12-18mths after
Amalgam removal, I crashed due to lack of appropriate supplemental support and delaying chelation. It's for this reason that it's going to take me long time to fully chelate. There's no reason why this should be the case for you. Depends on what health problems you have, how compromised your liver, adrenals etc are and whether you take the right supplements to support yourself.
Most people need to take lots of supps during chelation as its very hard on the body. For endocrine support I now take glandulars and armour thyroid aswell as vits, mins and EFAs. I've avoided maca as I'm a bit prone to oestrogen dominance. It's recommended for menopausal type symptoms eg hot flashes in which case its bound to have oestrogenic properties. I think, or at least according to Julia Chang at sensiblehealth.com endometriosis is a sign of oestrogen dominance so that probably explains why your endo got worse. She has a page on endo you might want to read. Addressing digestion/bowel issues and liver /cleansing support should help a lot.
Email me if you feel the need to. Take care! :-)
