She can not possibly eat enough food to get that amount of brain foods. She would probably have to eat and digest a truck load of vegetables to get the brain nutrients she needs.
This is a better alternative than prescription meds and not addictive. Get the mind healthy first and the body will follow. A healthy mind can rationally choose to have a healthy body.
I did not list any ingredients that are not in every healthy body, but not in abundance in unballanced body with poor mental function.
