I'm doing pretty much everything you suggested. And it is working, but it's steady.

My mother was definetly missing nutrients. She was born with a heart murmur, so everytime she got sick and everytime she went to the dentist she was given antiobiotics. She was also vaccinated as a child. She has never been vaccinated as an adult.

She has eaten a lot of tuna in her life.

She's suffered with Depression and insomnia her whole adult life, and she was in her worst of health when she was pregnant with me.

She's always been very health concious though(just like me)and for a while after I was born she was on the natural hygeine diet. But she stopped that when I was a toddler because it didn't help her. She's doing the raw diet with me now(organic!)and is getting much better.

The state of my mothers health when she was pregnant with me has to be what has caused me to have such poor health in my life. I've always ate a reasonably healthy diet, not perfect but certainly not the SAD.

I was never vaccinated and never had metal fillings.

Grew up eating Sea Salt and drinking distilled water.

I liked that quote. I am changing my climate. But diet is as could as it can get, I always drink good water, use Sea Salt always, don't use any toxic household products, basically everything is as clean as it can get and I am much much better than I ever was.

But it is a slow process and I still have a lot of cleanses to complete.

I am enjoying my low stress life and I'm always picturing myself in good health, talking about all the things I'm gonna do, the wonderful things I'm doing now that I couldn't do before. Life's good.
