Your mother is stressed enough without healthier change that she is not ready to accept yet.
The TV can divert her mind away from worry.
I would concentrate on getting her brain chemistry and mental health back with these natural vitamin supplements first. She may be more open to physical health when the mind is functioning better.
9.6 grams of omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil per day
