We find the basic Warrior diet very easy to do, even at 68 and 82, after lifetimes of other eating styles.

Interestingly, we get hungry around 4 p.m. and eat soon after, a little earlier than our long-time 5 p.m., and somehow spread our evening 'meal' over several hours...quitting 3 hours before bedtime.

And not 'stuffing'. There is a new ease about eating that is very pleasant.
