The other way of saying this is:
It is pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to find healthy food outside the home. Be it a sit-down restaurant or a drive-thru, it is 99% JUNK.*
Sometimes you can find some things that aren't too bad, that can make an acceptable meal occasionally. Such as a salad, a salad bar, steamed broccoli, baked potato, veggie sandwich. But even those things are questionable, and not what people should live on for their daily meals.
Bottom line: If you want to be healthy, you need to be preparing food at home. Without a microwave.
*Exceptions being health-food restaurants like a vegetarian restaurant or a raw restaurant. Most towns don't have any healthy restaurants. I know mine doesn't.
