You will need to get on track with the food. McDonalds, Wendy's???
Seriously, there are tons of toxic additives
in that kind of food and that alone could cause much of this.
This paragraph isn't coherent:
"OK, his food intake..well, fruits, he loves chinese food, he eats very little McDonalds, sometimes Wendys, we don't really cook at home because our schedules are topsy turvy. He likes chinese and italian. I have to say, he doesn't really eat junk food, he never really has."
You describe all the junk food he eats then say he doesn't eat junk food. His diet is terrible.
Please go back and read all my posts over and over until you begin to understand the gravity of what I am telling you.
His health will continue to deteriorate until he makes radical changes in both diet and environment. The "heart skipping beats" that you experience is also a sign of poor life habits (toxicty and lack of proper nutrition).
Please go through my blog entitled "In the Raw" and begin to educate yourself on what human beings should be eating. Also tirn off the television so you don't get bombarded with programming that leads you to think things like chinese food and McDonalds is actually healthy food.
