This comes from my chiropractor who says to make neck stretching like a prayer (remember "pray without ceasing"?) Anyway lace your fingers and place them under your chin, raise your elbows up to about ear level and gently press your your hands upward. This stretches the neck and helps get it in its proper position. You can also twist your head slowly from side to side to strengthen muscles and increase range of motion. Another good stretch is to place your thumbs on each side of the underside of your chin with the tips just meeting at the center, place your index fingers in the two notches at the base of the skull on either side of the back bone and gently lift up. This also gives gentle pressure on the gallbladder meridian and can help mild gastric distress and even clear your sinuses.

Barefoot-just fast on oranges and sit nekkid in a hole
Moreless-you are surely too acid and diseased and probably lack common sense
hopinso-maybe you slept a little crooked or turned your head a little too fast and are out of alignment
Choose one of the above, try and smile, then stretch!!!
