Will do...I like the sounds of the barberry...will save the echinacea and I've discontinued all the herbal Antibiotics . Unyquity had some good things to say about "anti" and biotics in general so I've also begun to explore the wonders of fermentation...made my first batch of kim chee yesterday! Muchos Gracias for the sound advice..am venturing to a seaside town this weekend(with a great herb store) and will definitely get me some o that barberry! Thank you so much! You are a most generous spirit!
