coffee enema

I just started using the coffee enema with Sea Salt and baking soda (Mae West enema). My plan is to do the coffee enema each
morning. Should I follow with a new bag of clear water? Can I also do an evening enema, using plain water?
I am also drinking lemon, maple syrup (B) with cayenne. I'm new to this, please help. I've always had problems with constipation and
