Probiotics would be fine - get some powdered probitotics and give him a 1/4 of an adult dose.

I'm glad they are testing! I don't like it when they give pat answers without testing and diagnosing first.

As far as the gluten intolerance goes, you could start out feeding him gluten free foods and then slowly adding them back in when he is older. He may grow out of this. Just keep in mind that if you do add gluten back do it one food at a time and very gradual so you can watch for symptoms.

But in the meantime try not to speculate too much - let the doctors diagnose first. And considering he may have a problem with his digestion etc. Don't let them bully you into vacinating. It would definitely be too hard on his little body when he's already dealing with something.
