It is a bit pricey,
but has full face step by step pictures for each exercise.
once you learn these very simple exercises, you can easily do them
in front of a mirror for about 10 minutes a day to go thru them all.
I have seen great changes in my face from using these exercises,
and after having lost alot of weight plus I had alot of facial
damage .. I still have a few areas that I know willcontinue to improve,
But Ino longer have any facial lines between nose to mouth outer areas like
many folks my age have (turning 48 ),
and the under eye exercises have been incredible!
there was a time because of so much facial damage that my eyes
would be almost totally swollen esp in mornings, and took me nearly
all day just to get it to where they looked half way open !!
no I have very light *bags under my eyes*
which i can pretty much completely erase when I do the undereye
exercises! no wrinkles like what folks get when lose facial
weight..and now you can see the depth in my bone structures
naturally around my eyes again!!
well worth the cost..
also add to the exercises some regular neck exercises..
like swivel head, then up and down, then side to side, once a day,
to reduce neck weight.. debbie harry from the old blondie group
now aged as we all do .. gives a nice tip about making sure
head is more elevated to help any under chin fluid to drain ..
