My husband and I tried it with a bit of salt, added a tich of ACV, and he put garlic salt in his. It's best straight, I think.
Interestingly, when I got up to make it, I was moving quickly, neatly. I haven't moved like that, very often, for a long time. I feel increasingly alive.
Don't know which of the several changes I've happened on is making the difference. Maybe it is a combination of all of them.
I've been eating PLENTY of salads and vegetables (and little meat) for a long time (years), so it can't be that.
The new stuff is steady cucumber, a little fresh pineapple and ACV, a couple of zapping sessions, and reducing smoking. Plus a bit of mental 'letting go' of habits/mindsets. I decided that the ways of the past haven't brought me the well-being I want, so I'm open to any helpful changes.
I must tell you that just beginning to add a few whole things, while gently letting go of others is such a pleasure, as compared to severe 'diets' and 'protocols'.
We had a lunch of corn-on-the-cob yesterday. This morning that passed in the bathroom. For me, that's miraculously fast!
Maybe this has all come about because I told myself a couple of times that I was letting go of the past - ALL of the past negatives. They just don't matter any more. Today is a great day.
I am NOT one of those who have lived a charmed life, believe me. And I've learned that 'forgiveness' is just a kind of 'letting go' where today is far more important than all the yesterdays together.
You don't know how the good things will happen, just that they will, or that it will be fun seeing what comes next.
Thanks again for the delicious juice recipe, 36. Many blessings on your house.
