Hey,

I can sorta sympathize. I am a small female, 5'0" 105 lbs. I stopped growing when I was 11! By the way, how old are you? You can give an approximate range if you don't want to give your exact age.
I never exercised as a teenager but I had a raging metabolism, I would outeat everyone including the guys. I could eat an entire pizza, 8 or 9 pieces no problem. I could eat 2 double burgers, a large french fry and a milkshake as a meal. Or go to a mexican restaurant, eat a basket or two of chips, and a large platter like 2 enchiladas, a burrito and a chalupa, and just feel "comfortably full." And people would look at me like GOOD GRIEF like I am some pig but I always ate like that! I was just hungry.
I know I just listed a bunch of junk food but that was when I ate out, usually I ate pretty healthy food at home, but a LOT of it.

I was staying with my cousin for 2 weeks and she was getting kinda grumpy since I was always eating, she said I was eating all the food in her house!

Anyway, my metabolism isn't as fast anymore (and sometimes I would gain weight up to about 115 lbs which is chunky for me) since now I am mid-twenties. But I do still eat a lot, I frequently will eat more than anyone else at the table.

If you have been checked for those things you have mentioned (and it doesn't hurt to do a parasite cleanse anyway, I recommend them for all people without being "checked" for parasites, MOST people have parasites and it is hard if not impossible to detect them all), and you exercise and are at a good weight, I would say not to worry about it too much. Try to eat mostly healthy, nutrient-dense foods like fruits vegetables nuts and whole grains. I know it's socially awkward, but if you pretend to be (or really are) proud of your appetite, make little jokes about it, etc. then it should be okay. Probably a lot of people are jealous of you. I certainly was proud of it, and I never let anyone make me feel badly about devouring my food and half my friend's plate, too :-)

If you eat something just before you leave to go out to eat, that way you wouldn't eat quite as much during the meal. For example, eat a banana with a whole bunch of almond butter 10 minutes before you walk out the door. Then you can enjoy a FULL meal at the restaurant or people's house, but not scarfing down 2 entrees, you know what I mean?
And since you know you have such an appetite, it would be good to bring a supply of food with you most anywhere you go, especially if you are spending the night. That way you can have your "favorite" thing or something you have been "craving" (those are things you can say) or bring a snack for "everyone" but there is plenty for you. That way you won't have to be eating all the other people's food.
