Increased my water intake

added a few grains of real, unrefined Seasalt (mineralize)
add a few drops of lemon ( Seasalt & lemon make water easier for body to use)
bless and drink

been oil swishing for about a week http://www.oilpulling.com
check the "oil swishing forum" here
take B/with 12 sublingual
1 tsp. cayenne dissolved in juice of 1/2 lemon w/few grains of Sea Salt ea. a.m

No more low back pain, reduced (almost gone) hip (sciatic area) pain

PS: Also important to use good foot pad inserts
& check the fit of your pants, too tight or too loose at the waist or too tight on the knee cause improper muscle motion stressing the back muscles.
