Re: Signs of success?

Many thanks, 35048,

I've been at this, adding more procedures, gingerly, for a number of years. I learned that my calcium/magnesium powder needs lemon juice about one year ago. The same length of time with coconut oil, and seriously with olive oil and lemon juice salads. Lost almost all sugar, too, but allow 'treats' once or twice a week. Usually a slice of store-bought pie.

I've been doing bioresonance for about three years. Lots of supplements, magnesium baths, and good food over this time.

Cheese has been my Waterloo, though I've developed a 2X per day bathroom routine (thank goodness).

My husband loves his potatoes, and I've been eating them with lots of butter for a long, long time.

I eat my kelp (for electrolite balance) and am able to take more and more water, slowly. The same with an earlier and earlier bedtime, though still not early enough.

When I look over my errors, I wonder if I'll ever get on top of the biggies. Number one is smoking. I've had the idea that it would just slowly disappear. Hah!

Two good things happened today. First, I realized that I shouldn't post when I feel a bit low. I feel much better later. The second was that a parcel arrived. My husband bought me the CigArrest kit, because I've wanted to give it up for years.

In there is a line, "Smoking isn't actually pleasure, just relief from withdrawal as your body demands more nicotine." It goes on to explain that the time between cigarettes is a beginning of withdrawal, and uncomfortable. Another cigarette is only a short-term relief.

I guess that a smoker is 'withdrawing' all the time, with the most intense desire lasting for three minute periods, apparently.

That is amazing about grains and the abdomen! Thank you for telling me.

I've cut out bread, etc. for days at a time, but there's always those tasteless potatoes! And I'm sensitive to plants of the nightshade family - white potatoes; sweet peppers; tomatoes (some say they are better for us when cooked); eggplant; and tobacco. Maybe that's how it goes, we improve down to the big tests that are habits of many years standing.

I've read a book on urine therapy, 35048, but I need to go back to it, and read here on the CureZone, about UT and smoking, and about UT and candida which may be causing some symptoms.

You suggest, "Becoming skeptical is the common side effect associated with detoxing/ healing crisis. All you need is to be a little faithful and patient."

You soothe me. Thanks. I'll keep trying.
