This is a super great way to draw off toxins
and esp metals from body
I use my left over Bentonite clay
It is very easy to do,
since I have no bath tub,
I sometimes add a bit of the clay to a tub (bucket) of water,
and let my feet soak ,
also , keep some patted on my shins.
When it starts to dry,
I pull up more clay/water on my shins again.
Then after about 45 minutes soak,
I rinse off legs with fresh water,
and pat dry, then go rest a bit.
after water has settled overnight
pur off top water, in shower stall etc,
then be careful not to touch the clay that has settled
as it is toxic now..
and carefull scrape it into a garbage bag,
(do not dump old clay into tub or shower/
it may clog pipes .
you can also do a bath like this for whole body..
just add clay to water fill tub with just enough to barely cover you ,
and keep it moist all over you .
when done, stand up , rinse with fresh water,
(don't drain tub!!)
and get out, pat dry and drink fluids,
like a bit of fresh lemon water etc,
since it is very dehydrating.
I don't think you are are supposed to use this
much, maybe once every 2 weeks?
it is very good at drawing off toxins,
but can also leach minerals and stuff
from you as well.
so be sure get good fresh liquids back in you .
Again , let tub settle over night,
next day get a bucket and hand draw off top water
when you get to sludge at bottom,
might use a small dustpan to scrap up clay residue
into a garbage bag.
then paper towels to wipe up rest,
rinse and clean tub.

Never go past 10 minutes if you use pascalite on face!
and defintely only once in a while!
your face will be reddish after even 10 minutes,
but will fade quickly.
Never use a face mask if intend something big next day,
since it may draw impurities to surface
and still show reddish blemishes next day.
I remember a girl did it for like 30 minutes,
3 days in a row! and her face was beet red for about a month!
There are less drastic drawing masks for women
like fullers earth or morrocan red clay (also called rhassoul)
I like fullers earth myself,
cause it has the best lightening properties
of all the facial clays
Here is a link where I get my fullers earth,
it is normally about 7 $ I think for a huge bag of it!
but I notice they are out of stock temporarily. http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/learn/rhassoul.php
