What you asked, about body wraps..
women of even not so long ago ,
used to put on a chin strap at night
as a beauty aide.
This makes sense, in the way that it keeps excess fluid from
draining back into the area when you sleep .
A tip from Debbie Harry (of the musical group, Blondie)
was that as she got older, she found that sleeping with an incline,
(like two pillows head above body )
also helped her quite a bit...
I would massage area with oil when wake up ,
and before going to sleep.
such as a good almond oil
(which is also a beauty aide for skin.)
A tip I read about lymph drainage etc from neck area,
consisted of this..
first lightly massage under arms and down sides,
(to get underam lympths draining)
Then from chest side wise curving to underarms,
and last from neck and back of neck ,
around to chest.
This is a bit different from dry skin brushing..
and is meant to get the other drainages flowing out ,
thus creating space for draining from neck..to flow down
into chest and chest into underarms etc...
I have a very potent draining oil,
that you migh tconsider to make..
but I warn you it is for real potent as heck.
I made the mistake
of using it several times, in one day,
over many areas..
I felt like I was literally swimming in draining fluids
for the next couple wekks!!
If you wish to try this..
only use it at most one-2 drops only on neck period!!
and skip a day or so in between.
the massages will help loosen fatty tissue and stored fluids.
Do your neck exercises,
no tools lol
just up and down back and forth , round and back etc..
to further loosen up
deposits, and massage along your jawline and neck down ward
gently no pulling hard.
rebounding is a great help for lympth drainage,
can buy a small mini tramp fo r20 bucks,
and of course best exercise of all is brisk walks
even if only 10 minutes 2 times a day ,
in 3-4 months will make a super difference.
here is a link to the oil I have made and used.
It is called cellulite oil
