chanca piedra for liver cleanse

Has anyone used Chanca Piedra extract or tea (Stone Breaker) for liver cleanse?
This is an excerpt from the "rain-tree" site:

"for kidney and gallstones, cellular and liver protection, hypertension and high cholesterol, cancer prevention, and its analgesic and antiviral effects, it is gaining in popularity on many continents as a herbal dietry supplement. "

I read that it works great, no problems at all - however afer I took it I experienced pain at the very center of my ribs, like a ring was being tightened - (Without eating and intermittent for a few hours)like the pain peple report with acid reflux where the entry to the stomach closes.

I don't know if it was the chanca piedra or coincidence.

Has anyone else had this reaction? little hesitant to try it again...
