Thanks for the your advice Dar, I was just thinking it may be somewhat related to bad posture, and need for exercise, so I will start working out. It feels like a tennis ball of pain, and has tendrils to the hip joints.
Anyway, I thought I'd share with you: What works (temporarily - for maybe one week at a time or so) is the electronic patches - you put those one and zap for a little while and it does help a lot.
