Yes, both brewers yeast AND vit.B complex is B.vitamines.
Personaly I would just buy the Brewers yeast,as I know that helped others and me also!
Be sure to get a GOOD brand,Solgar for instance,and there must be more (good brands).
Do not buy something cheap;theres a lot of quality difference between them
