In addition to what Kathryn said, drink lots of water every day, like 8-10 glasses. Really avoid caffeine for a few weeks to a month or more and see if your skin improves.
Using a natural soap is so important. If you have a health store or natural food store, ask for a good soap. It may be called lye soap or something like that. Look for one with nothing but natural ingredients......no animal products or lard. If you need help, ask someone at the store. It shouldn't cost more than 5.00 or less.
56254, Do your bowels move everyday? If you aren't, you need to. Toxins from your bowel will come out from your skin. If you need help in that department, ask here for advice or at the healthfood store.
