skin problem.......... i am desperate for help!

i have a severe problem of skin.i am 14 year old.
it is like i have Acne all over my body.
main areas are:-
1. along the hairline on may face
2. on my cheeks
3.severely on my shoulers and near by back area
4. the upper area of me chest
5.on my arms
please try and give me a natural suggestion.
p.s. my doctor says it is Acne vugarious Tweet
