Re: Weird feeling??
Yes, that does sound like hypoglycemia. I understand that 5 small meals or 3 meals with 2 snacks inbetween is recommended. Eat lots of vegetables (especially leafy greens), some whole fruits (not juice), nuts, plenty of good fats (like olive oil, coconut oil, butter, avocados)(avoid soy oil, canola oil, anything fried), small amounts of meat/fish/chicken (unless you are vegetarian), and small amounts of whole grains (like brown rice or quinoa). Avoid sugars, flours, refined grains. The important thing is to eat every 2-3 hours, and to eat something about 1 hour before any sports.
After you eat that way for about a month and begin to feel more balanced, you can consider cleanses, herbs, and such. You can read about things like the proper way to eat, why the body can be hypoglycemic (and much more!) here at Curezone!
