I'd hope/guess they are cheaper than a light box?

I do wonder if there are electrical issues here. The power line to our home is above, not in ground.

My husband assures me all the electrical whatever are NOT right by our room (I seem at times to sleep better elsewhere, and I can "hear' the water bed turn off and on when I've gone too long with too little sleep. (no, don't ask me to give up my waterbed, I've had it for 24 years--sometimes I remember to turn the heater off at night, but then I forget to turn it back on, and OUCH!

How much ARE those lights? The less expensive ones. I'd go to ebay, but I haven't been there in ages, and I might get 'lost' and never find my way to bed.
