I am taking amino acid supplements now. I also had an amino acid IV cause I was low.
Many of my aminos were below normal levels. How can some be veggies and not have amino probs. Is it the mercury messing up my absorption? Or the veggie diet? I have a gut issue according to the doc which he blames on the mercury partly. He doesn't say I have to eat meat just eggs.
I am also now on magnesium powder 2-3 times a day and the palps have gotten much better.
