Can you help me understand something. I see repeatedly where pure butter and yogurt seem to be accepted as ok among the truly health conscious vegetarians and even the Halleluiah Acres vegans (sparingly). I thought dairy is bad for us. You also mentioned "yogurt" being ok as have others I know it is acidopholous.
Good for flora, etc. But isn't dairy a no no?
I read the recent published book "The China STudy" which says anything with casein (dairy/beef protein) is way too dangerous and cancer and degenerative causing.
Any thoughts? Can you explain this to me? I am confused.
