I do feel so much more energy the last week. I do have 7 Amalgam fillings that I plan to have removed. Haven't fully researched the cost. I know they have to go. I have felt so terrible for 4 years.
I am a vegetarian so the "no meat" suggestion is no prob. The last 5-6 years I have consumed fish heavily(3-4) times a week thinking it was the best meat choice. I have switched back and forth from the SAD to vegan-vegetarian for about 5 years. Went Vegan(65% raw) at xmas till doc suggested I add organic eggs back in to help with the mercury. I have had no processed foods since xmas and snitched a few processed sweets at a party the other night and woke at 4:00am with a few heart palpitations. I FULLY BELIEVE my body was rebelling to the chemicals/and or sugar/oils in the food. Have had very little Sugar as well. Lots of fresh produce.
Thank you for the apple suggestion. Is cilantro a good thing? I bought 8 plants to add to my juicing.
