RAW RAW RAW!!! I love it and how it makes me feel!
100% raw is easy and wonderful.
Eating any cooked food for me starts the addiction to cooked food and creates indigestion with the clash of raw and cooked, and the sense of "need" for more cooked food to alleviate the indigestion quickly.
Juice fasting on fruit and eating a mostly fruit 100% raw diet works well for me, but to each his own! :D
